Below is a guideline of our business practice at the ORANGE traffic light setting. The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff remain our top priority. We are following the Ministry of Health NZ’s guidelines and have implemented stringent measures to ensure everyone stays safe.

Our doors are open for all your vehicle needs and we are offering a range of contactless options to keep you moving.
Before You Visit Us
We ask that you kindly remove any unnecessary items from your vehicle before visiting us for any work done such as servicing or panel & paint. This helps our staff to work and sanitise your vehicle efficiently.
When You Visit Us
Upon arrival please ensure you're wearing a mask and to keep 1 metre distance apart from our staff and other customers. If you prefer, you're welcome to scan-in or sign-in to our contact tracing system.

Contactless Test Drives & Sold Vehicle Deliveries
Please book online or call us to arrange a date/time. Bookings are recommended.
Contactless Servicing and Panel & Paint
Please book online or call us to arrange a date/time. Loan vehicles are available at request. Bookings are recommended.
Parts & Accessories
All parts & accessories can be ordered online or over the phone and can be picked up or be delivered to you by courier.
Contactless Payments
Invoices can be emailed and we can take credit card payments over the phone or internet banking. Please note that full payment is required prior to vehicle collection.

Face Covering
Please ensure you're wearing a mask before entering our premises. Our staff are also wearing the appropriate PPE while working on your vehicle.
Contact Tracing
If you prefer, you're welcome to scan-in or sign-in when you visit us.
QR code posters can be found on our premises.
Social Distancing
Please keep 1 metre apart. We're also keeping 1 metre apart from our customers and staff.
Sanitising Surfaces
We're regularly cleaning and sanitising frequently touched surfaces and objects in our workplace.
Hand Sanitisers
Hand sanitisers are available at various locations within our workplace. Please feel free to use them.
Vehicle Touchpoints*
We're sanitising the main vehicle touchpoints and keys with industry recommended solution before & after every test drive and work done.
Stay Home
We're advising our staff to stay home if they are feeling unwell or have flu-like symptoms and to seek medical advice from the Healthline or their GP.
Washing Hands
Regularly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Workplace Bubbles
Our staff have been advised to limit physical interaction across the business and practice safe social distancing by keeping to their own main working areas and bubbles.
Contact Tracing
We are digitally collecting contact details from all visitors and customers to ensure that we comply with the Ministry of Health NZ's contact tracing guidelines, including the storage of information in a centralised system.
Policies & Guidelines for Staff
We are documenting and distributing COVID-19 related health & safety policies and guidelines for our staff to adhere to as new developments arise. These policies and guidelines outline the hygiene and sanitation requirements for all working areas within our business.
*Vehicle Touchpoints include keys, outside/inside door handles, steering wheel, indicator switch, wiper control switch, gear lever, parking brake, driver's seat belt & buckle, window control switches, seat adjustment levers and bonnet release cable.
